We played for Rochelle's prep and Liam's Grade 2 class
We arrived at mission beach and stayed with Rochelle, Andrew, Liam and Ryan. We went down to the beach and lit a fire. We collected coconuts and tried to smash them open but they were too strong. I pretended to be mum in her cardigan while she went for a run. Dad, Ash and I performed at the Mission Beach school because Rochelle is a teacher there. We saw the BIG cassowary in town and then saw one when we went for a walk. The cassowary is an endangered spieces of large flightless bird. Dad went fishing with Andrew in his boat and saw lots of salt water crocodiles. We left to go camping at Babinda which is a place under a mountain called Mount Bartle Frère which is the tallest mountain in Queensland. We were going to do a 15km walk up it but the track was closed due to cyclone Yasi. We went swimming in Babinda Creek.
