Andy=Iron man congratulations swimmimg, cycling and marathoning all in one go is just beyond bonkers in my book he did it in a galaxy far far away in Nuremberg.

Back in Bonkers Brisbane a lazy day round the pool is spend with friends from home before going back to the valley for another night out its like England ten years ago before CCTV people passing out in the street fighting taxis (that right fighting the taxi not the driver) and just general lunacy you got to love it. The $10 steak is a bonus in this land where nothing is cheap.

Tomorrow we have a photo shoot and Press call in the Gold Coast so the sensible thing would be to get an early night and not have a drink instead Philip comes home at stupid o clock slightly the worse for where one week to the next run in a different continent in a different time zone in a different season maybe time to start running again
