Today it was ANZAC Day which is similar to remembrance day from what I can understand, but not the same. They also have remembrance day and I'm not sure what the difference is. Because nothing was open we sat around the hostel most of the day. I watched the annual ANZAC aussie rules football game, did research for up the coast and such and lounged around on the roof.
