Ularu !

We woke to light showers and got packed up and on the road early. After a stop at Eridunda (more mice!) we joined the convoy of cars/4wds with caravans/trailers all heading to Ularu.

It rained most of the way out and we were getting disappointed that we wouldn't see the famous sunset today. The Ayres Rock Camp Ground is packed and the only places left for us are the unpowered sites out in the "Paddock". Its a bit noisy but hopefully the generators will be turned off soon and everyone will head to bed.

We took a drive out to Ularu after we got set up and were all blown away - it is much bigger than we expected and after a walk around the base David and Colin are rethinking climbing the rock tomorrow.
