Arrived!

So after 20 hours on the plane, 2 hours on a train and half an hour on a bus i finally arrived at Terrigal! Sooo jet lagged though....since i got here around 12pm yesterday, all ive done is eaten and slept! I literally slept from 3pm until 6am the next day!
Th beach here is beautiful and there are some really nice little cafes and shops...not much else though...
The stop off on the way to Australia was in malaysia and there was an indoor rainforest! I took some photos of what looks like a real tropical rainforst, was amazing. The view from the train from sydney to gosford was equally just as amazing.
The hostel im staying in is part of a YHA chain however this one is very basic....our room light doesnt even work :S but as we only have 2 nights here, we are going to travel up to Newcastle tomorrow and stay in a much bigger one on the coast there (it says they have free bbq nights!! wooo)
Originally, because most of my modules i wanted to do were at the campus Orimbah (which is like 2 hours from newcastle) i was going to find a house there. But now i realise there is actually nothing there...so im going to change my modules to whatever i can and go and be in the big city of Newcastle...because who ever knows me well enough knows i need my entertainment and places to go out!

So glad you’re doing a blog it’s really nice to read :) I wonder how long it will last… lol The rainforest cafe sounds cool but your photos off the train are amazing! I’ve still got a YHA card from NZ, it gets you discount on YHAs. You could have got one for free if you’ve got a railcard… oh wait you don’t do you? Nevermind! Can’t believe you’re changing all your modules! Good luck finding accommodation! xxxx
