Here we go again..........not updating this blog as much as i would like, to let you guys know what we are up to!

Before leaving Brisbane and Queensland we went up to stay with Martin and Romana for a night again. We visited mount coolum. Mount coolum is not very high but it is a great point to have a birds eye view of the sunshine coast! We could see right along the coastline and you could see the developments already starting to happen, it's a shame really as the coastline is lovely there and eventually it will be built up to the eye balls with big horrid hotels!!!!

We also went along to a place called Springbrook mountain. It is a big national park with loads of walks and waterfalls. On the day that we went on it was chucking it down, to follow the theme of the general weather since we have been here in Oz......typical hey ha ha ha. There is a particular point called the natural arch, which is where the weather has eroded away at a cave to form a arch like bridge out of stone. In the nearby caves you can see glow

worms at night as they all come out to feed. Even though it was raining and i did an awful lot of driving it was well worth going to.

On our last day in Brisbane city Auntie Gill took us on the boat on the river. It is the very efficient ferry, you just pay for one ticket and stay on the boat it takes you right along the river and back so you can have a good look around! it was great and the sun came out for the occasion too. We took Auntie Gill and Uncle Mike out for as meal on the top of Mount Cool-tha. You can see all of the Brisbane skyline from there it looked so pretty but makes you realise how much we are draining the poor world.....all those lights!

It was a Tearful goodbye early in the morning, Ste had to say bye to Kelsy which was heart breaking for him, as he is now been turned into a dog lover! bless. Uncle Mike took us to the airport and we were soon back on our way travelling on our own. I think that we have been far too comfortable

being back in a house and we needed to get back out there.

Sydney, Sydney! what a big city. We were staying in Chinatown in a half decent place. We went and visited the opera house which is exactly what i thought it would look like it was very impressive! The harbour bridge is also in the backdrop.......people climb up there for a big nice fee of $180, forget that!

Before we knew it we were back at the airport and on our way to Fiji...................
