Tuesday 11th March, we got up early and left the house around 8am. Stopped off for a civilised coffee break half-way and got to the Hunter Valley in about 2 1/2 hours. Wine tasting aussie style, as you can see from the photos is a lovely day out. Wasn't so keen on the whites in the vineyard myself (Semillion) but a couple of the reds were gorgeous. We had a gorgeous cheesy lunch, the brie and goats cheese in particular were fab. Finished off the whole day with fish dinner at the club.

Thanks Janet and Tom for making my stay such an enjoyable one in Australia. As usual, great company and full of laughs x x x x
