We Must be nuts.....

I'm sure when people find out what we've done they will send us to the nearest shrink to have our heads read. In fact i'm thinking i should just go check myself in and be done with it. Ever since i was a kid i'd had a dream of visiting Disneyland, that dream then expanded to seeing California and San Francisco, then eventually converted into wanting to tour the states in an R.V. It remained just that though - a dream.... until now. For the last 15yrs we have worked for ourselves, and anyone who knows business knows that you're basically a slave to the business, no rest for the wicked and all that.



Finally we've had enough and after two years on the market the business has sold and we've decided to go all out with that holiday. So we are bound for the U.S of A with 5 kids in tow. How did we come up with 5? well there is our 4 - Chloe 14, Ebony 12, Kyenan 9 and Mahaelia 8 and then there is our ring in, coincidentally another Chloe with the same last name. That makes customs an interesting experience.



So that got me thinking as to what's the best way to record our travels and keep everyone at home up to date? so here you have it our travel blog. None of it was real until today when we locked in flights - we will be gone just over 8 weeks - 62 days.. First stop Hawaii for 4 nights to break up the flight. Other than that nothing else is planned, so now i have to plan a holiday for 2 adults and 5 kids that is stimulating/relaxing/fun/adventurous/exciting and most of all memorable and within budget and i have just under 30 days to plan it in.
