Hi blog followers.

We are now set up at Bawley Point/Racecourse Beach Tourist Park (managed by good friend Helen). We are here for a few days as the weather hasn't been the greatest. Not really bad weather, but just enough drizzly rain to be a nuisance. I must also thank Helen for letting us stay at her park as it is a great spot to use as a base for our travels. Very nice park with loads of big powered sites to choose from😊

Today however is looking like being spectacular. See the photos taken this morning of the sunrise over the beach and headland.

Since the weather hasn't been the greatest, we have spent the last couple of days touring the local area and checking out future prospective camp or caravan spots. I must say the National parks have been great all down the coast and Murramarang NP is no exception. We un-intentionally did some four wheel driving through the park as we were looking for Pebbly Beach and were just following the limited signs available and ended up following some forest trails to get there. See Photos.

We also love the numerous little coves and beaches that dot the coast line. Of particular mention is Merry Beach which a large van park right on the beach with lots of water view sites.

We also checked out Batemans Bay and Nelligen (has a very nice park) for future reference.
