Swimming club in Bondi Beach
I woke up at 0300 and managed to get another hour and a half's sleep before getting up at 07:30. My neice and nephew were already up and my sister had already been out swimming. A couple of coffees later at about 10:30, I managed to pull myself round.

By 10:30 we were on our way to Bondi beach where there is a pool called Icebergs, it seems that they are unheated. I stayed on the terrace with my nephew in the push chair and watched my sister and niece have their swimming lesson.:

After a pitstop at home, we picked my things up and headed for the airport where I boarded the 15:35 flight to Canberra where I met Alison. We dropped my things off at the hotel and headed over to her home which was lovely we then headed off to the local Greek Club which was a restaurant come casino.

We talked about old times, current times and generally had a great chin wagg. We parted company with promises of keeping in touch more regularly than we have done so far.
