Madison/Mount Horeb/Milwaukee - 8th Day

It's our last day in Wisconsin.

There's time for one more lunchtime get-together with Mavis before we have to drive to Milwaukee for our 5pm flight.

Mount Horeb (mostly Norwegians) is this little town just outside
Madison and is called the "Troll Capital of the World". The main street
is called the "Trollway" and troll statues can be found all through the
town. We had to have lunch there amidst all that awesomeness! We ate at a
place called The Grumpy Troll, shopped at a Norwegian imports store (of
course we bought a troll), took pictures with some of our new friends,
said our sad goodbyes to cousin Mavis and had to dash to the airport.

It was a great trip and we're sad to go, we saw so many amazing
things. Although getting to see our kitties and sleep in our own bed
will be fantastic.

We are definitely not going to miss all the fried foods and we can't
wait to eat salads every day for the rest our lives! On the other hand,
we'll miss our family and the wilderness and we had tons of fun
speaking with a Wisconsin accent for the week, it provided us with hours
of entertainment and eventually stuck. Hopefully John won't slip into
it while teaching....
