Coopers Rock State Forest

When we arrived in WV we wanted to visit Coopers Rock. We had never visited it in the wintertime. Bill spent his early years until he was 14 around the western portion of the Mason Dixon line that separates PA and WV. Bill has many memories of visiting Coopers Rock during the summertime with his parents and siblings, mostly as a picnic destination and to take in the views of the forest.
