Visiting Stephen’s Mom and Dad

After lunch with friends in Pacific City, OR, we finished our drive to Lakebay, WA to visit Stephen’s parents for the week. The weather here in Washington is always so beautiful in the summer. We have enjoyed clear, cool days and crisp evenings with plenty of time just relaxing and looking at the water. We had a larger family gathering for the 4th of July (also our 29th wedding anniversary) and enjoyed meals and visits with each of Stephen’s sisters and their families at their homes as well. We have been well fed and are well rested, and are ready to continue our journey back to the east coast.
