We made it James’ dad’s house in Schertz, TX. We were starting to feel a wobble in the truck as we were coming into town. We could also hear an audible thwack, thwack, thwack as we were driving. I was counting down the miles as we came in, “Six more miles.” Luckily we were in rush hour traffic so we could go slower as we suspected something was wrong with a tire. We arrived just fine and found that a back tire was falling apart. It was an easy fix the next day.

That night we all went to dinner with James’ dad James II, his stepmom Mary, sister Jamie, her husband Matt. We arrived just in time to see Jamie since she left town the next day.

After getting the tire fixed the next day we visited a safari wildlife place. Dagny loved feeding and seeing all the animals.
