I worked half a day, but Philip took the whole day off. We picked up Erin for the ride to the Sunport and had dinner there before our flight. It's been a while since we traveled on Southwest, but it was okay. Since it was the best way to get to Love Field non-stop, we decided it was worth trying them again. That was much better than going through Houston or Denver like we would have had to do on United.

Picked up the rental car and drove straight to the hotel which took only about ten minutes. The Ambassador Suite at the Embassy Suites is great. They have only a few two-bedroom suites, but I booked early enough to get one. The living/dining/kitchen is huge and both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Too bad we only have one night here.

The fun starts tomorrow.

I usually take photos of our hotel rooms and the views out the window, but I didn't do that this time. It was dark when we arrived.
