Still not used to going to the supermarket. Not only to I get there and feel so totally lost cause its a new supermarket, but the food is all different also. The once we have navigated the foreign aisles, brands and food substances, we get to the checkout. Not the conveyor belt type checkouts we know (and love) at New World or Countdown, but small counter tops where we the customer, are expected to stand and wait while the checkout operator empties the trolley for us, then when we have paid, we escort another supermarket employee to push our trolley (or carry our bags) out to our car where they also proceed to load the groceries into our vehicles.

Apparently it is their 'priviledge, their job and we want to do it'
I feel bad enough standing by watching all this but can only imagine how a guy feels when some young girl is waiting on them like this!

Also today found my first ever snake! Oh thank goodness it was dead! But it still made me feel sick to my stomach!
