We have arrived in Houston Texas,so glad to leave the plane,not much leg room on the second leg,but hey we have survived.
It’s lovely and warm here and great to catch up with our friends.
We picked our bags up,and hopped on the car rental bus to pick up our car,we chose a Kia Sportage for our rd trip,next stop was the phone shop where we all got sim cards,Robyn couldn’t use your phone as the battery has died even when charging.
On the road then to Austin Texas for 2 nights,slept in next morning,and then leisurely we went walking to city.
Went on a 30min tour of the Texas capital building where all the decisions are made.
Had a nanny nap in afternoon as we were all feeling jet lagged and then later went to Walmart to collect food for our dinner that night.
We leave Tommorrow morning for Marble Falls,in TexaS.
