Day 4 Nashville

Day 4 Gatlinburg to Nashville
My turn to drive the gangster Ford Fusion across the states !

The last day of the labour day weekend so traffic was still manic, very slow getting out of Gatlinburg, very slow past Dollywood !! Then it picked up and we were away,

The journey would take us 4 hours and take us across a time zone from eastern time to central time !

We arrived In Nashville (95 degrees!!!) without getting too lost, got into our B&B and quickly ordered our cab into downtown where we had arranged to meet Rachael's friend who lives here, it was here job to show us around for the rest of the afternoon, we met at an amazing rooftop bar with views across the Cumberland river.

We had a couple of beers and then visited the Johnny cash museum which I was keen to visit, it was great !!

We were then left alone to sample the delights of many bars with lots of live music until we we called it a night and headed bvk to the new digs !

Tomorrow :- Nashville, third man records, antique archeology and more live music !
