Next stop was Nashville. I had heard the real estate prices were the highest in the state here. But it is also the tourist capital of Tennessee, so the rents may support higher prices. I looked at about 20 deals, and the better deals seemed to be just south of Nashville, but before making any offers, I wanted to see Knoxville.
