ASPCA is a non-profit organization that prevents animals cruelty throughout. The founder of ASPCA is Henry Bergh back in 1866 in New York. About 148 years. ASPCA is only served in North America in the US. Henry started this organization because he witness many cruelty toward animals when he was in Europe and Russia. There is only on ASPCA which is located in New York City. He believe that the animals are entitled to kind and respectful treatment at the hands of humans and must be protected under the law. The ASPCA does make a difference. This organization helps the animals to be free from cruelty. Without this more of the animals' life would be at stake. More animals does will be save by the hands of the organization and people can donate to help support the animals that are in need. People can adopt to help the needs if the animals.
