Hurricane Sandy

The storm that hit twelve states and left many without heat or electricity had a big impact to families, known as Hurricane Sandy.

1. The topic of Hurricane Sandy, relates to what we are learning because the situation people are facing and the president. The hurricane relates to the fire that has happen in Roman when Nero was in power. Nero try to help his people, just as what the president is doing in the current situation is facing the United States.

2. The most interesting thing I find about the article was that the tallest buildings in the city came loose and dangled 80 stories over West 57th Street, across the street from Carnegie Hall. Moreover, that even when many had lost their homes, many of the citizens try to help one another without electricity.

3. One question that makes me wonder is what is the president planning to do for the next disaster that would happen in the United States?
