Left Singapore on a 7 a.m. flight. Stopped in Tokyo and had time to buy a few more candies at the duty-free shop to take back to friends. Ended up with only an hour and fourteen minutes between flights. We hustled through the process of going through immigration, grabbing our luggage to take through customs, dropping it back off to be checked through for the last flight home, changing terminals (but thankfully it was just one away), waiting in line for security check, finding the gate. All this included long walks through the hallways and concourses. We made it just in time to walk on the plane before they closed the door.

When we arrived home, it was 4:30 p.m., but 25.5 hours after we left the Raffles in Singapore. It's warm here, but good to back in the desert and away from the high humidity.
