Arrived Whitefish Montana by driving 5 hours south southeast and crossing into US of A at Roosville - It started snowing as we crossed into the border Mountains and hasn t stopped for 3 days - Amazing 2 days boarding - with very excited locals but very few out of towners here - its a well kept secret mountain - Huge area, amazing knee deep powder tree runs - ripping open glades - fast chairs and simply some of the best snow I ve ever ridden in ! No photos as we ve been up to our necks in powder.
Java is skiing and doing black runs now ! Amazing progression in her skiing - Sarah is keeping up with her and has improved her confidence in deep snow - harder on skiis than a board. Kit and Jade are on boards and loving it - Kit struggled initially to keep up with the family as we hurtled down the hill - but as of yesterday has hit a new level and we ll soon be chasing him. Our gear is holding up to the cold - even cold by Canadian standards (however to day will be bikini weather at
just -1C).
Home in two weeks - next and final stop is our beloved Fernie - Love and miss you all - Geoff

Hello gorgeous Wilsons
Hi to you all, The street is so so quiet without the Wilson family. The lack of cars coming and going is very noticable. Your trip has sounded absolutely amazing from start to now. Enjoy that snow!!!!!! Going on the weather patterns reported in Europe and the UK, I assume the season in Canada must be all time. We are possibly getting a comparable amount of rain to your snow. Let me see, snow ....rain.... it is a toss up but I think you win with the snow. Love you all. Jane
