Logan Pass Hidden Lake

Headed up the Going-to-the-sun Road this morning to Logan Pass from St Mary. Currently you can't drive past there due to the Howe Ridge fires, only shuttle and tour buses can, with no stops until they reach the Apgar area. We did the steep walk up to the Hidden Lake lookout. It was very windy and raining a bit as we started out. They mean it when they say be prepared for any type of weather. The sun finally managed to come out while we were on our way back down. Walked a bit on the Highline Trail along the cliffside, too. Then we headed up to the Many Glacier area from here, which was about a 40 minute drive.
