Well, I'm sitting in my living room with Jack the Bearded Dragon. Actually, he's gotten board of watching me select a travel blog platform and has started wandering. I'm really excited about this particular trip. My traveling companion, D, and I both travel in much the same style and have many of the same interests. I expect we'll have a good deal of fun seeing old castles and meeting old dudes in old pubs. If this post goes up and looks nice, then this will be the platform I use, and will try to post something each day: photos and thoughts about the things we see and the people we chat up.
