Here in Algona "That 70's town" and what a reception! Dressed in bell bottoms and paisley the town people wait on the corners and wave and smile. RAGBRAI is an ginormous economic boost to any town that it rolls through. Imagine a town of 5000 that overnight increases 20,000 people-Whew!
