1) This event is taking place in the state of Iowa and Minnestota

2) The people who are involved is congress the prison center the wife of the immate and the immates lawyer.

3) The human rights that are being violated is No unfair Detainment because it the article it stated that in order to get released for your illness you have to show that you only have a certain amount of months to live and I do not think that that is fair.

4) My thoughts on this issue is not fair because they did not notify his wife about his illness at all. No I do not think that enough is being done because they still havent made the process quicker. Solutions for this issue is I think that they should noify the immates family as soon as possible about the illness also I do not think that al the paper work is caused for if they can clearly see that the immate has a servire illness.
