Sick Inmates Dying Behind Bars Despite Release Program

This event takes place all over in the United States. People whom are put in jail and are dying of terminal diseases get an opportunity to get an early release, so they can have time with their family before they die. A human right that is being protected includes Article 10: the right to a fair and public hearing. A human right that is being violated is Article 25: Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself... Personally, I do not whole-heartedly believe in our government system. I feel as if they never do enough on any topic. However, I think people whom are in jail and are facing a life sentence should not be allowed to participate in this program.
