In the article, Bagladesh garment worker get union rights, higher pay in wake of deadly factory collapse, it clearly gives facts about the garmemt workers tht were killed and working for below minimum wage salary. Also only three of the eight floors that were built were legal. Not only that, but they were never allowed to have a trade union.

I think that they should perminantly close the building down because not many people wpuld have died if all the floors were built correctly.

Besides that, their rights were violated becuase they were not getting a minimum wage salary and not only that, but their safety was in jeporady. Due to the 2006 law, as stated in the article, it says that trade unions were allowed and garment factory owners never allowed them.
