1. What happened was a group of workers were being treated very poorly in very dangerous conditions, and a large amount of people have died because of the work environment with a total of 1100 people who have died in a collapsed building. The result of that is now making the government involved so they can make sure this doesn't happen again.

2. Human rights were violated because people's safety wasn't being considered and the end result was that people died due to poor working conditions that those people were working in at the time.

3. I do agree that something should be done to fix this problem so it won't happen again I think whats bring done so far is moving very slowly to be sure that things like this won't happen again.
