This summary is about the rights people have while working in factories and the outcomes of working in a factories with low support. The human right that was violated was Article 23, the right to form and to trade unions for the protection of his interests. I think the families of the workers that died or were injured should sue the factory owner for not letting them trade unions and for not letting them know there is a possibility that the factory cant support itself. Also that the government continue to shut down the factories.
