Due to the deadly factory collapse in Bangladesh factory conditions are being inspected. They are also raising the pay of minimum wage. Workers can also form trade unions without permission from factory owners. The rights that were violated were the right to just and favorable conditions of work. Their working conditions weren't that safe. A solution would to have working conditions evaluated more regularly.
