1.) In the declaration of the rights of Man and citizen i do not think that number 4 is really ideal to what is happening at this point in time because it says that "Liberty consists in the ability to do whatever does not harm another; hence the exercise of natural rights of each man has no other limits than those which assure to other members of society the enjoyment of the same rights." because people harm others and still have a lot of freedom if they don't get caught.

2.) think that it depends on the type of situation because I think there are some cases in which violence is justifiable. Such as when someone does something to someone you really care about I think that is a casr in which you could result in violence.
