1. In either Declaration that I would argue are still difficult to fulfill in reality would be the pursuit of happiness even though people may be free and have the things they want and need. They might not have happiness in their life they are living at this point. Also everyone is not treated equally now in the present day other people might have different views than others during this time.

2. Violence is never justifiable for making a point because it is not right to fight with violence and you could just talk about it with each other. Violence is never the answer when you can find other ways besides violence to go through your disputes with each other. Violence will not make anything better it will just cause more conflict and diffusion between those people. Violence is okay when you need to fight like military and the army. Violence is not justifiable when it is something that can be resolved by just talking. Violence is not the answer to our problems.
