Do you think the US governments should keep the promises it made in the Native American treaties?
I think that the US government should keep the promises it has made in the Native American treaties because it is the right thing to do. If we do not keep promises then people will not trust us. If people do not trust us then we will not have any allies to help us with anything. Also people will not think we keep our word and think "how can we trust them if they cant keep their word". If we do keep our word then people will trust us. The Native Americans will think we can be trusted and have second opinions about us and share their culture with us. We can let them have their sovereign and let them go on their own way. this is why we should keep our treaties with Native America.
