1) I would chose the new world because ot contains similar ingredients that i use for mexican food. For example, pico de gallo uses tomato, chile,lemon. This can be found in the new world. I also like the new world because they have healtheir food.

2) Tacos- steak

Ingredients- 2 pounds of steak, 5 lemons, oil, onion, salt, tortails and chile ( optional)

You cook it like regular meat, split it in to pieces, and place it in tortails and add onions, salt and chile.

It repersents new world because it can from the new world and it has became a popular food over there.
