In the modern world (which is now) piracy is well alive and dangerous. The passage that the class read tells about how pirates in the old days and now usse their strength in numbers and weapontry to over-take a boat. After over-taking the boat pirates would kidnapp the captain, crew members and other civilians for hostage. Police try to help solve the probleem by not only warning the boats, but also having patrol teams out making sure everything is safe. When reading about the way police went about to help stop pirates i believe that they did a good job on it , and was actually the right to do. No idont believe that piracy is justifiable is wrong and incriminating to hold a reson against their will for money.
