1)Piracy started by the practices of illegal fishing. In 2008 more than 120 pirate attacks happened near the Arabian peninsula.

2)The European Union decided to take a more tougher stand to stop this huge problem. This ment more drastic measures.

3) I believe that piracy is never justifiable . It is neve right to kill or steal.
