1. Piracy continues to exist in the modern world because they live in this island, called Somalia, and they will sail around. They are called the Somali pirates, they sail around and when they see a ship, they will shoot at it and steal their things on the boat.

2. I don't think there is a solution because there at many pirates out there that can't be controlled. There are so many of thm that they may not care about the rules or anything and they have weapons to defend themselves no matter what happens.

3. I don't think piracy is justifiable because they are really harmful and it is unnessasary to kill people or hurt people for things they have with them. They also aren't good because they get paid for stealing and I don't see anyone doing anything about them.
