1)piracy continues to exist in the modern world the same way because they are still at sea and steal from other ships but the only difference now is that there is so much high technology out there that they use it to their advantage and get more dangerous.

2)now pirates have more sophisticated technololgy that allows them to stay at sea for a longer time period. they also have more ways to steal from other ships and they find new faster routes to other places that are in their mind.

3)they pay pirates, tried to create a sophisticated highly trained fighting force. i tihnk there is no other way because pirates are dangerous and will not talk it out and lose their jobs so i believe this it the only way they can try to stop them.

4)i dont think piracy is justifiable because they are stealing from other ships and they dont have to work hard for the things they steal like the other people who spent their money to buy those items.
