In the the speech of Pericles he talks about his city and what it takes to be in it. Pericles defines democracy as a government ruled by not a few people but by many.He defines a good citizen as someone who love their city, do not care about wealth with extreme pride, poverty should not define how bad your life is, allow people to worry about their own life, and remain distant from other places.

If i could travel to ancient Greece I would would be a spartan because i would want to see how hard the training would be to become a spartan solider.
