The reason why women still earn less than men is because of the level of education that they get. Besides that there are many industries that are men dominated. Out of the 20 industries women still earn less. A lot of people believe this is a sign of descrimination. I think that this is discrimination. Women should be able to earn as much as men. I dont think that there should be a ''Male Dominated" job. Now a days its hard to find somewhere that there is inecuality. But there is some in the job undustry. The amount of eduaction shouldnt matter as long as you can do the job efficiently and right.
