1). The article, "Why Do Women Still Earn Less Than Men", is related what we learn in class. Since the article talks about over decades, women still earn less than men, it's about inequality between men and women. Today, in class, I was reading about Egypt. It says women were not only the housekeepers back then, but they also served many roles like doctors, and owned bussinesses. Although, women have opportunities to learn, but they still could not exceed the men in reading and writing.

2). The theme for this article would be gender. It's gender because it talks about the inequality of women and men exists in the society. Women are sometimes being discriminated by their ability to work. Men are more dominated than women in work fields.

3). I disagree with the author's point of view becuase as time pass by, everything will be changed gradually, including gender inequality, although not completely. Now, I think it's depending on the job the women are doing. Maybe women are good at teaching, they earned the same salary as the men earned. However, men might be good at science, which I can infer less women get interested in. Therefore, men might put more efforts than women did, which this determined what they going to get.

4). This article made me wonder if women have more accomplishments than men do. This could be the factor why women earn less than men. Also, I wonder why are women get excluded and discouraged by certain employment fields. I would like to know more about the strengths and weaknesses that women have.
