ingridients:2 to 3cups of corn meal

2 cups of flower

2 tablespoons of baking powder

1/2 tablespoons of salt

1/2 cup of canola oil

3 hot green peppers chopped up

1.5 cup of frozen yellow corn

1.5 cup shredded cheese

2 cups buttermilk

3eggs 1 can cream corn

bake until top is brown
