Some reasons books are banned in highschools are because of sex, violence, religion, prejudice, and profanity.

Explain.

I don't agree because we need to be exposed to these facts of life. Banning them in books isnt going to stop it in real life. Nothing shoudl be hidden in education. Whether it is good or bad, it should be exsposed because it is real.

Why?

I dont agree with any of the reasons because they all should be exposed to students because they are all real. It happends every day life. Nothing should be hidden or "sugar coated".

I think that Parents probably pressure teachers more than everything because parents are the ones that are concerened with what their child is reading/learning. They are probably the main reason why so many books are being banned.

I think they could work with community groups. I think this is the best because if a whole community disagrees with just a few individuals then the decision should go with the majority group
