1) Ancient Roman Baths and Bath Rituals.
Bathing was a big part of the Roman culture and way of living. The Romans viewed bathing as a common daily activity, and it was practiced throughout different social classes and not only the top classes. Many other cultures and societies vied bathing as a private thing that only high class people could do. However, in Rome, people viewed it as a common activity that everyone performed. There were many bathing areas in Rome, some were privately owned but anyone had the chance to bath there if they payed the tuition (the tuition was very affordable). Te biggest bathing place in Rome was the Baths of Diocletian. Also, an interesting fact was that the Romans got many of their bathing techniques/ideas from the Greeks.
