1. This relates to what we are learning in class because we are talking about the different roles that the men and women play in their households. There is a male dominance rather than an equal part in dominance.

2. What I learned from this article was that in the work world there is still male dominance over everything. Women are still being discriminated against, but in other ways in which they weren't in the older days. They receive lower paychecks than males do and they are ranked by their ethnic background.

3. When they were talking about how depending on their ethnic background controls how much they get paid. How they try to have work places which are available to everyone be so male dominate.
