Well I'm here made it this far, must be doing something right.

Started at 6am Sunday morning making the long tearful trip to Manchester Airport. Was checking in when the stewardess broke the news that my case was well over 33.5kg to be exact and they could accept it. In my defence i am going to be in America for 6 months! So me and dad had to return to the car to start frantically pulling out things that i thoguht might way a lot, theres goes my cute boyfit jeans and my hot river island jeans, gutted.
Anyway other than that hitch and a lot of crying i was on my way.

Only took 20mins to fly to heathrow the plane was not even quarter full so everyone just spread out and had like a row each. Jumped on a shuttle after baggage clamin and went to the hotel to await Ailish.

Another early morning 5.45am. To put us in good stead for getting to heathrow and checked in. Bag was weighed again 29kg this time...i sware each airports scales are different just to con us out of a few quid! But Ailish was kind enough to take some of my stuff in here and together we went through with no excess charges :D:D:D

The flight didnt feel as long and the movies and tvs on the back of the chairs certainly helped. Food was good too...very strange.
So that brings us up to date.

Sat in the floor of a very cold and snowy Chicago airport, talking to my daddy on webcam!

Will update when in Memphis
