Since the last update we have done a lot. We went to Diamond Head crater (it is an extinct volcano, there is a tunnel through the side of the crater wall, you go through the tunnel and then climb up the inside to a lookout at the top) - tiring but fun.

We also went to Honolulu harbor and went to the maritime center (like a museum). Interesting.

We came to the big island on Thursday. Went to see some waterfalls. We then drove to the other side of the island for a few days. We went to some parks and beaches over there. We came back to this side on Monday.

Yesterday we visitied the Volcano park. We walked around a lot, looking at the hardended lava, craters etc. In the evening we went to a place where you cans ee the hot lava flowing down a hill and into the sea - making a big steam cloud. It was good but we very quite far away from it.

Today we are going on a helicopter trip over the volcano park to see better and tomorrow we head back to Oahu.
