Well, today we made it as far west as we plan to go. We dropped the RV off at Camping World in Vacaville, CA to get the oil changed after 4,000 miles across country. We had reserved a rental car from the local Enterprise, and after a loooong wait to get the car, we drove the final 58 miles into San Francisco.
This was our first time visiting San Francisco and we loved it. We did the tourist boat tour of San Francisco Bay, out to the Golden Gate Bridge and around Alcatraz. We walked up the hills to Lombard Drive....the crazy 1 mile serpentine, Chinatown, Russian Hill, and Nob Hill. Then, back down to Pier 39 for dinner.
Off to Napa Valley tomorrow.

If you get chance go to cable car museum. It's free and it's great!
